The sales process was average but the delivery was non existent ... Here's the keys .. do you have the check !!!! Still waiting for warranty paperwork. Bed-liner wasn't ready at pickup so came back a few days later and they installed the wrong bed-liner. Sales Manager told me they could most likely come to my house to install the new bed-liner when it came in, never heard from him ended up driving up to get it installed.
