My wife and I visited Irwin Automotive Group and had the pleasure of working with Geoff Cunningham. This was my first visit there and not sure of what my experience would be. I was on the hunt for a new (used) truck. Geoff was very professional, and I really appreciated his experience in the auto world. He was polite, respectful and very attentive to our needs and desires regarding another vehicle. He definitely helped us sort through what our needs were and find the right vehicle.
We ended up purchasing another truck and the dealership was one of the best I have ever dealt with. There were a couple issues but most importantly they resolved all and stood by their word to give us a great value. I recommend this dealership and hope you find an equally good experience.
I have great respect for the service that I got from Irwin Toyota. The sales department is really great and always got the best deals when buying a vehicle. Highly recommended! Although I can't say the same for the service department. Perhaps an increase in quality control would help like making sure something works that was supposed to be fixed.

Chris Kelley was an amazing salesperson. Chris was very helpful in understanding what my needs were for purchasing an automobile. He also understood my financial situation and did not try to put me in a vehicle that I could not afford. He was always available whenever I called and needed information. I had my oil changed in my Prius C last weekend and the gentlemen at the service desk were very pleasant and helpful. I did need my tires rotated but was not aware it was a part of the oil change service until after I got my cars health report card, so I do wish they had asked me if I wanted that done when I dropped off the car, but they didn't ask. Maybe next time. Other than that everything was great, and the free car wash coupon is a great bonus too.
This was my second car buying experience from Irwin Hyundai and it was just as easy and comfortable as my first. I once again worked with Joe Collie and he was fantastic. He wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Len in financing was also so easy to work with. He knew exactly what paperwork was needed and everything went so smoothly.
