One of the cars we looked at was so rusted out that rain came through the floor into the foot well on the test drive. Their financing options have all kinds of idiotic mileage and age requirements meant to get you to pay twice what you want for a vehicle. Over all a pretty horrible car shopping experience. We visited another dealer and found exactly what we were looking for. They fixed us up in no time.

The person we dealt was completely inexperienced. The actual guy had no say in anything, spent ages waiting for him to go back and forth to the guy on the podium. Why the guy who makes the actual decisions would not just come deal with us directly? We were the only ones there on a rainy evening. Their dealer system does not even tell the guy if the car is available....so you waste more time waiting on the guy to run all over multiple locations to see if a car is even available.
