Host is also bartender, server, and waits all the tables. Well over an hour with no drink refills, since he was too busy doing everything else. Food was mediocre at best as well as expensive for small servings.many better options in the area for Italian.
Called ahead to make reservation for dinner and told the front desk hostess we have a coupon we will be using tonight. She said no problem please give it to your server. Server knew us as a regular customer and then told us she does not think the restaurant will except this coupon tonight but will check. The four of us looked over coupon, could not find any restrictions . We waited and the manager named Patrick came to us and said he also knew we where regular customers. He would go check. He then returned again and said on the coupon inside a black color circle that there was a restriction on the day it could be used and tonight is not going to work. And although he agreed that he could not see it, they still would not let us us use the coupon. We told him we would stay and order from the menu however we will never return again. He then became very aggressive with us instead of apologetic . He offered no solution or customer service, rather he became very nasty and responded that He does not see any reason to deal with us ! We then left as his demeanor alarmed us. It is unfortunate because we typically have dinner out with a large group, we live full time nearby. We do not recommend Faro Italian Grille establishment. Patrick was very unprofessional .
Fun place. Food was ok.
No bread drinks took 25 min no ziti, no sam adams , no calamari.. isn't this an Itailian resturant?
