We have always had a great experience there their staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. If on the outside chance they don't have something you're looking for they can more than likely get it for you. It's the only place we will go for our golden retrievers
Absolutely the best staff in the world. Very nurturing towards all of the animals. If they don't know the answer to your question which is very unlikely, they will go above and beyond to get it for you. This is not your typical pet store, you know you are getting healthy and happy pets.
