I didnt feel comfortable in this store becasue the sales person really didnt seem to know the product he sold that well. The lighting was somewhat low and I think it was intentional to hide the scratches on the stove we were interested in. in the end, we walked out and tried another shop down the road a way which we were very happy with.

Eased Edges really go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy with their purchase. I purchased a pellet grill in the summer, and I have been grilling with it nonstop all through the fall and winter. I have had some issues with grilling and temperatures, but Adam was always extremely quick to answer my questions and to come up with resolutions for my crazy grilling routines. Even though I'm in Manchester, I will always grab my pellets from Eased Edges. My education of pellet grills has increased dramatically over the past half year, and I will definitely go nowhere else for my grilling and heating needs. A+++
