Come to find out they moved my appointment to a time that the doctor was scheduled at the hospital. When the doctor finally arrived in the office he was quick, with a terrible bedside manner, rushing me, so he could see the patient in the next room.

I received a phone call from ENT in the morning, asking me if I wanted an appointment that opened up for the afternoon. I accepted that appointment time, I was told my appointment was for 1:30pm and I arrived 15 minutes early. when I arrived I was informed that the doctor was going to be a few minutes late. I ended up waiting 2 HOURS.

I am looking for another ENT, one who respects their patents and keeps appointment times. One who doesn't rush you out the door and one who keeps their exam room clean, is that to much to ask?

The exam room had papers everywhere and generally looked unclean. There was a plastic box that said emergency on it and it looked like it had been recently used and had medical waste in it.

Had an appointment at 9:30a and got to the place at 9:00a (They said be a half hour early). After I checked in, 2 minutes, I had to wait for 9:30a to roll around. It wasn't till 10:00a till they put me in the exam room and the nurse said the DR will be with you in a few minutes. It wasn't till 10:30a till the DR came in to see me for a entire 13 minutes. Now I know these things can happen but, not once was there "Sorry, were running late", or "thank you for waiting, we were a little backed up". In fact I was informed that everything was on schedule.

At the end of the appointment...."all of 5 minutes" the doctor wanted a "colleague" of his to look at my situation and I said sorry, I waited two hours and I don't have any extra time. He got rude-like and escorted me to the receptionist......That was a $200.00 apointment. This just isn't the kind of place that I want to go when I am so sick I could hardly get there in the first place. Over-priced, Under-caring.

I was so sick that day, and the office temperature was about 80 degrees. I kept asking what was taking so long and noone could tell me. The staff was borderline rude, instead of apologizing or explaining, they just made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Keep in mind that THEY CALLED ME!

I've had a few appointments with Dr. Kelly. Never waited more than a few minutes. So far he's been very attentive with my care ( allergies ) and after seeing many allergy docs over the last 30 years, I finally feel like I'm making some progress. I'm pleased.
